Each piece of product made from natural materials has a different character. They all have different shades and surface texture. Knots and nodes give each product a unique charm. So, there is a chance that the product you receive may look different than the one on the website. Regardless, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, we can help you through the return and refund process.

Process for Return/exchange:

We are saddened that you are going through this section and want to return your product. In case the product was not found in good condition, or it was damaged, defective, or different in size, colour or shape than what you ordered you can return/exchange your product. We are here to help and make the process easy on you.

If your product fits the Return Criteria as mentioned below, please write to us about your requirement at support@junglebound.in. Make sure to mention your name, name of the product, order number and your reason for return. We will initiate the return and refund process and email you a claim number.

Return Criteria:
You must raise a return/exchange request within 7 days from order.
The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
Must be returned in its original packaging.
All products that are discounted are non-refundable. 
No returns or exchange for custom engraved products.

Process for refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping/delivery charges are not refundable.
Refund is also possible on canceled orders. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for immediate refund.
Your refund will be processed within 4 working days of receiving your product. Refunds are credited to your bank account and may take upto 3 days to reflect in your account. A credit applied to your credit card or other methods of payment, may take an additional 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
