SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

We endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 working days of receipt of the order. There may, however, be anomalies in delivery times but we will do our best to keep these to a minimum.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The final shipping cost of the product is displayed at the point of checkout.
Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For refusing any shipment, you will be deducted all the charges incurred by us.

PROCESSING TIME

Timely delivery depends on two things, our processes and basic but critical information provided by you at the time of placing the order with us. Therefore, we advise you that please ensure complete address along with landmark, house number, building, apartment, street number, town/city or the Country. Wrong information provided by you may result in delayed deliveries, lost or misplaced order and we shall not be, in any case, responsible for it.

Processing time is different from shipment time. The former is our internal process time and shipment delivery depends on the carrier and other external factors like acts of god or a holiday, weekend that are out of the control of Jungle Bound. In such cases, Jungle Bound shall not be responsible for delays happening due to these issues.
Jungle Bound reserves the right to decide/select a shipping carrier.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Please contact us within the 10 days in case of non-delivery of shipment to file your claim for refund. Please note that the claim process can take up to 30 days.
Jungle Bound will not refund or credit shipments that have been confirmed by the carrier agency as delivered on the mentioned address.
Jungle Bound is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

OUT OF SUPPLY ITEMS

In case you have ordered multiple items and one or more goods are not in the inventory, we will dispatch the balance order and refund the amount of good(s) not in the stock.

REFUSAL TO SHIP

Jungle Bound reserves the right of refusal to shipping of good(s) on account of the following;

• Abnormal or irregular product returns.
• Abnormal or irregular returns that involve products used, damaged, defaced, altered or missing.
• Any activity that is fraudulent or criminal in nature and has been carried out to harm the interest of Jungle Bound or the society.
